Delivery information
We endeavour to offer free shipping where possible across our product range. If you require priority shipping this can be opted for at the checkout for an additional cost of £8 inc VAT. Orders placed before 12pm are likely, not guaranteed, to be with you the next day.

Returns Information
You can make a return within 14 days. Consumable items and fuel treatments, engine flushes, oil improvers and oils are not valid for any returns.
All items are returned at the buyer’s cost, we recommend sending all parcels ‘tracked and signed-for’. All items must be returned in the same sellable condition you received them in. Parcels will be quarantined for 52 hours upon arrival to ensure the safety of all staff. While we hope you will be happy with your order we understand that sometimes you will have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund it must be received by SWWSupplies within 14 days. Any returns received between day 14-30 will be issued with a credit note that is valid for 12 months. To return an item please contact us at info@swwsupplies.com complete a returns form which will be emailed to you with further instructions on how to return any faulty or unwanted items. Don't forget to include with any returns, details of why you have changed your mind along with the original delivery note. If it's an item that is faulty, please include the specific details of the fault along with the order number.

Yes, our minimum order is £40.

Do you ship to Northern Ireland and overseas?
Yes, we have an eBay shop set up which handles all orders for our customers not on mainland UK. It is your responsibility to check the customs rules and regulations.
