  • Delivery Information

    We endeavour to offer free shipping where possible across our product range.  If you require priority shipping this can be opted for at the checkout for an additional cost of £8 inc VAT.  Orders placed before 12pm are likely, not guaranteed, to be with you the next day.

  • Returns Information

    You can make a return within 14 days. Consumable items and fuel treatments, engine flushes, oil improvers and oils are not valid for any returns.

    All items are returned at the buyer's cost, we recommend sending all parcels ‘tracked and signed-for’.  All items must be returned in the same sellable condition you received them in.  Parcels will be quarantined for 52 hours upon arrival to ensure the safety of all staff.  While we hope you will be happy with your order we understand that sometimes you will have second thoughts.  To make a return for a refund it must be received by SWWSupplies within 14 days.  Any returns received between day 14-30 will be issued with a credit note that is valid for 12 months.  To return an item please contact us at info@swwsupplies.com to complete a returns form which will be emailed to you with further instructions on how to return any faulty or unwanted items.  Don't forget to include with any returns, details of why you have changed your mind along with the original delivery note.  If it's an item that is faulty, please include the specific details of the fault along with the order number.

  • Is there a minimum spend?

    Yes, our minimum order is £40.

  • Do you ship to Northern Ireland and overseas?

    Yes, we have an eBay shop set up which handles all orders for our customers not on mainland UK.  It is your responsibility to check the customs rules and regulations.

  • I would like to know where my order is. How can I find out?

    Each order will be assigned a tracking number which can be tracked here: Post Office or Parcel2Go

  • Am I able to amend my order?

    No, once ‘Order Submit’ is clicked, your order is immediately sent to the warehouse to be processed for delivery.  After this stage you cannot then amend or cancel the order.  Please contact us directly on info@swwsupplies if you require changes.

  • How can I get another copy of my invoice?

    When you place your order, you will receive a order receipt email, which you can refer back to and print as many times as you need.

  • How do I distinguish a delivery note, invoice, credit note?

    The prefix codes are: DN= Delivery Note, IN = Invoice, CN= Credit Note

  • I can't see all of the product prices, why is this?

    There are certain items that are exclusive to the trade only and we respect our suppliers' request not to sell to the end user.  However it is still useful to feature these products for our customers so they have a good understanding of the products we stock.  If you would like to make a trade enquiry please contact us (link) and quote the product name/code.

  • What do you stock?

    We stock a wide range of common and unusual tools and workshop consumables as well as engine additives and fuel treatments.  If we haven't got it, we can (usually) get it!

  • What are the origins of the products you stock?

    We are proud to support the UK economy with our British made brands such as Sol-X, Laser, BritTool.

  • Can you provide a VAT receipt?

    Yes with every order you will receive a VAT receipt.

  • I am a business in Cornwall/Devon and would like a visit. Where do you go?

    We cover the whole of Cornwall and if you would like us to visit you, please give us a call or email info@swwsupplies.com . When we visit B2B we accept Cash, BACS, PayPal and most Credit Cards using our mobile bank card reader -so we can take card payments on the go anywhere.

  • I am a new customer. How do I register?

    Go to the Account page, and click ‘Create Account’.

  • What is guest checkout?

    We have designed this for our customers who are in a hurry, however if you are a returning customer by fully signing into the website you will be able to access your shipping details without the need to type it in each time. You can register here; we won't pass your details onto anyone else or spam you. You can read our GDPR here

  • I've forgotten my password. How can I reset it?

    It’s simple! Go to the Account page, and choose ‘Forgot your password?’. Then you can just enter your email address and you will receive an email that helps you to reset your password.

  • I am a business. How do I register for an account?

    30 day accounts can be set up with a completed Company Account Form, contact us to discuss this.

  • How do I download an accounts form?

    The applications for trade accounts are carefully considered, if you'd like to set up an account please contact info@swwsupplies.com where you'll be asked to provide the registered company name, ‘trading as’ business name, registered company number, and a copy of the company headed paper for letters.
