What does 'HSS Co' mean on a drill bit?

HSS-CO refers to High Speed Steel Colbalt.  HSS-Cobalt drill bits are made from cobalt-infused steel, which offers superior strength and heat resistance over standard steel. Although they're typically more brittle and are usually more expensive, their performance exceeds that of other HSS drill bits.
